Taurus and Virgo Compatibility

Taurus and Virgo are both very similar in their ways and needs and so they make a comfortable connection with each other. They both value security and stability and hence admire each other for having these qualities. But Virgo’s pinning nature and Taurus’ stubborn attitude can create some problems between them.

Taurus people are passive, modest, generally composed and quite pleasant. You can count on the Taurus to be gentle and even tempered as well as good-natured and not easily angered. They are stable creatures who are stubborn in nature, keeping their feet planted so firmly on the ground that they become quite the pessimist. They are not big fans of argument and go beyond themselves to avoid such predicaments. The few times Taurus cannot avoid argument, one can see the fury within them. After this point, there is no calming the beast. Their occasional bits of humor and fun are as uncommon as their outbursts of anger. Being a bit more traditional, the Taurus people are often less than comfortable dealing with the realities of modern society, which can result in some anxiety.

Virgo possesses an often infallible judgment and precise analytical way of thinking. Their thoughts crowd with worry and the carefree lifestyle does not seem to be within reach for them. Virgos are very stable, down-to-earth and realistic people with some values in life. They can be very caring and devoted to their loved ones but at the same time highly critical and often painfully nagging too. Virgos usually have more than one problem. There are their own personal ones, which come in various shapes and sizes, plus those of all the chaotic, untidy, and careless people they know, the problems of the world – whose lives are a dreadful mess. Modest and extremely shy virtues cause them to appear as though they are playing hard to get or just not interested in keeping any relation or bond.

Virgos admire Taurus. They have strength of purpose. Taurus people respect Virgos for their swift minds. However, Virgos are not too keen on the Taurus’ stubborn qualities when a mistake surfaces and Taurus has little time or patience for the Virgo health nut or their finicky ways. A few tiffs are no reason to be alarmed. In fact their common characteristics and favorable likes between the two outweigh the few upsets by far. The only problem may lie in Virgos annoyance with Taurus’ common sense since Virgo’s sense is far from common. Virgos want to serve the world and everyone who belongs in it by identifying their faults and bringing a systematic order to the confusion and disarray around them. Personal security is a virtue that Virgos work at creating for the future. Taurus, already being well grounded, chooses migrate into seclusion as well. Though Virgo and Taurus may be a boring pair, they are most assuredly compatible.

As disheartening as this all may be for the Virgos, they give the idea that they almost enjoy the hurt from their wounds. Perhaps because it gives their busy minds something else to think about. Taurus people have the same wounds but don’t care to conjure up old cracks in life. It’s a huge waste of time and energy to ponder over such intricacies for them. Even though this duo is truthful, dependable and reliable, their passive and receptive suspicious nature shows them as not the liveliest of pairs to meet in almost any kind of relationship. Some would even be surprised to see the two of them pair up together or work as a team for something. Virgos need constant cheering up as Taurus people are the patient ones in this aspect. Virgos appear calm and tranquil but deep down they are constantly questioning, worrying and wondering about inner frustrations especially when things don’t happen quick enough for them.

Relations mean a lot to both the Taurus and Virgo but they have different approaches to deal with them. Being friend, colleagues, siblings and relatives is comparatively easy for them as they share common interests or common roof to come in contact and this is a good thing for them. They are very helpful and love to guide each other in the right direction. Business venture can work with a great efficiency if they both go for a common interest and make money in that field. Romantic relationship between Taurus and Virgo can be very fulfilling but it may be quite slow as they both take their own time to decide over things. Parenthood is very important bond of life for them as they care for family ties while Taurus is caring, Virgo is a perfectionist and in both the cases children play an important role.

As Taurus and Virgos have some noticeable differences in their attitude and approach towards life and relationship, they have to compromise and look for a solution to maintain a relationship.  Virgos have a habit of pointing out faults in people that the continue doing with Taurus too and it is certainly not liked by them as they are very self preserving people who are quite confident about themselves and their moves. Similarly Virgos are not expressive and this also hurts the Taurus who needs constant love and care to feel valued. On the other hand, the stubbornness of Taurus irritates Virgos when they have better ideas to work upon. They also find Taurus immature and easy going with world around them. With all these differences there are chances of clashes but if they give each other some time and are ready to see through the opinion of the other person there are chances of better results in their relationship.

To those of you who had it rough with other Tauruses, I’m truly sorry. Really. But a Taurus isn’t going to pry about your feelings. We usually have a good sense of the “atmosphere” around us, but we won’t interfere if we’re not asked to. Usually. It’s disrespectful to force someone to talk if they don’t want to, or feel uncomfortable. So if you’re having troubles with The Bull in your life, may I suggest working up some self-confidence and confide in your Bull? You might be surprised~ we’re usually pretty good at listening. If we aren’t listening, then there’s a pier problem consumming us. Regardless, I wanted to say that I am a Taurus (obviously), and my husband of almost 2 years now, is a Virgo. And Korean. He and I dated for almost 6 years before we got married. He was really slow about it, but he was also extremely certain that I was the one. And yes, his critism is real. He tends to tell me how to do things I already know how to do, like laundry and dishes, but I take it as “I’m just making sure I’ve communicated at least”. And my stubbornness is very real (some could even say.. volcanic..). But he understands and respects that I need to have some outburts sometimes to get rid of problems on my plate- to “wipe the slate clean”. You see, I think this goes for any relationship, not just zodiac to zodiac, but respect and communication is key. Everyone knowns that everyone will have varying opinions and ideals on things, but the fact is not “who’s more evil and who’s more the victim”, it’s ” we do have differences. But those differences in thinking, emotional needs and physical requirements is what made us fall in love with each other, so how can we solve it in a way that respectful to both of us?”. Try and figure out what values are most important to the other person and work from there, don’t just keep your hurt hidden and expect it to magically get solved. That won’t happen. All that to say, since my mans and I habe found (and still working on) out how to respect each others boundaries, as such, we habe turned into the sterotypical relationship that Virgos and Tauruses are known as: The Power Couple. When we’re in our groove, we don’t even need to talk to each other. The other just knows what is needed to be done and do it! Like a very well oiled machine 🙂

I first met Ollie at choir practice. He had just joined the tenors and I had moved down from tenor to baritone, as I was getting older. I noticed him straight away, not just because he was so good-looking, he was, but he had a kind of hesitancy, a shyness which I found very attractive. I didn’t stare at him too much but I could feel his eyes on me as if he was interested or just curious to know more https://www.bigbootyporn.tv/ .

At coffee break I went up to him and chatted about what singing he had done before. He told me that he was looking for more of a community choir where the singers were a bit older, over twenty-five at least, so this one seemed ideal. As we talked I tried to get a sense of him physically but I couldn’t pick up any kind of subliminal message from him. He was nice, had a lovely smile, which made me more determined to know more.

When we went back to our places I put my hand on his back to steer him in the right direction. He didn’t flinch away from me, some men would have done, but turned and smiled, which was nice. I asked him to join some of us afterwards in the pub.

I’m a Virgo woman 28, had a Taurus man (23) try to get with me for over 2 years…we had instant attraction when we first met and we’d find ourselves traveling together coz of church conferences that’s where the chemistry blossomed. I liked him, a lot. He’d call me DAILY, talk for hours..something I never experienced with a guy only when I was a teen with my cancer guy…Thing is he (Taurus guy) had a Leo gf and because of that we couldn’t take our relationship anywhere..I got frustrated over time and stopped all comms, but he couldn’t get the hint so I blocked him for 6 months, later unblocked him to my surprise he continued texting and calling as if nothing had happened. I felt I was being used at some point as if I was his getaway from his stressful relo with Leo lady and also I was always available for him..I loved our convos, he was very consistent and proved to be loyal if only he’d dump his Leo gf and be with me but that never happened. Till today I still think of him, we only talk on our birthdays and that’s pretty much it. Tried it with another Taurus guy recently but he’s slow and yes I have the patience but my intuitive tells me he’s swimming and not gonna stand for that..so I let him go. Really hoping for the best with these bulls lol

Hmmm… these struggles are real. My man is a Virgo, I’m a Taurus. The nagging is real and my stubbornness is also very real (one could say even volcanic). I can easily think with an open mind and understand my husband’s opinions, but that doesn’t mean I need to abandon my opinions and become “him”, if you know what I mean. I was also shocked to read about the common sense thing. That is also very accurate! I am obessed with doing things as practically as possible, meaning using common sense in literally everything I do, which I think bores my mans a little. But he understands and respects my need for comfort. Common sense is a stable way of thinking to me, and he gets that. And that’s the thing. We have hurt each other before, and we’ve been mad at each other before, hell, we’ve even disappointed each other before. But we simply take ten, breathe, think things through and talk. We explain what we were feeling and thinking, and we respect each other even more for it! And as a result- and a reward, of sorts- we make an amazing team: The Power Couple! Seriously, when we get into our groove, we don’t even need to talk to each other, we just know what the other needs to have done, and do it! Remember, relationships are a two way highway. For those of you struggling with the Taurus males, I am truly sorry on behalf of the Taurses- one of our strengths is listening. Being supportive and making everyone’s lives more comfortable and easy (not just our own…). So again, I apologise. Maybe they were hurt in their past, but that’s still no excuse, I’m afraid.

It really pains me when people describe Virgo as highly critical. What exactly is this? If I am verbalizing a better version of you, then that is highly critical. When a taurian is critical it is considered the “what you see is what you get” cold approach. There isn’t anything wrong with being emotional. The problem between a Taurus and Virgo is that more likely than non a Virgo approaches their emotion with emotional intelligence. Taurus on the other hand are cold and becomes passive aggressive. That clearly isn’t attractive.

I’m a Taurus man who has found himself completely in love with a Virgo woman; a Virgo woman who is the most impossible woman to catch that I’ve ever met, LOL! I know she’s slow to jump into a relationship, which I’ve got the patience for, but it’s also difficult not knowing what will happen in the future. Right now, from her I get, “I love you, just not the way that you want.” Still, she continues talking with me every day to give us a chance. How do I go about finally pulling her in and getting my ring on her finger?

    • fdgvd December 15th, 2017

Hey @qmaus just ask her to be yours..as in gf..then take it form there..she likes you a lot,

  7. Virgology November 5th, 2014

I am a woman who was married to a Taurus man for 6 years. Worst mistake I ever made. He was controlling, jealous, bad tempered, cynical, and more critical than me. These traits were there before we married, but being in love I didn’t see them as signs to walk away. its in my nature to be non confrontational and easy going and I found it hard to be that way with this man. Everything I did was wrong ( eg: fold laundry), and boy, can he hold a grudge…
I would have loved and been devoted to him for the rest if my life if he had just accepted me for who I was and not tried to “fix” me. He made it clear I was not good enough for him and, hell, what Virgo wants to hear that mess? I’m my own worst critic and I don’t need a bull headed taurus man to point out my faults, thank you very much.
Good luck if you try this with a Taurus man.

    • Taurean March 17th, 2017

Sorry you had such experience. But also not all Taurus men are the same. Judging just on the men you had and throwing all Taurus men in one box is wrong. But on the other hand also all Virgo women are not the same…
Have you told him it pisses you off what he does? Or have you kept to yourself? If he really loved you, he´d understand…if not, it wasn´t meant to be Taurus or no Taurus.

This prediction shows some good insight and points but on some things I’d have to disagree ofcourse.lol. Being a taurus woman myself,i can see how the assumption of us being boring can come across because we seek security and order, but my family, friends and even strangers I’ve met always tell me otherwise They think I’m a joy to be around, always optimistic and cheerful, but never boring. They love my sense of humor and sillyness but at the same time I can be the most poised and controlled person in the room.lol, but ofcourse people view you different than you view yourself and often clearer at times. I just met a virgo and he is the first I’ve ever met. He seems sweet so far. Considering these testimonies I hope this turns out well 😉

I’m a Taurus guy with a terrible crush on a Virgo woman. I fear that, while not unattractive, I’m not up to the “6’4″ blue eyes, body by Gold’s Gym.” standard. Her ex was tall, handsome, Sir Lancelot looking Pisces who pretty ruthlessly kicked her to the curb after 12yrs.

She has since gone on this “I am alone in the world and can count on no-one.” thing I believe.

While we became very close in the sense of spending a lot of time and sharing on a deep level, she hits me with “I don’t have romantic feelings for you.” yet wants me around.

Without being a total wuss, I did break it down how I felt for her and it wasn’t just friends.

I admire her for her core character traits and trustworthiness. Her looks are merely a bonus.

For a 35yr old girl who wants a family and stability, I spelled it out pretty good.

Yet, I fear I’m stuck on the just friends pile. I don’t have the “Look” which she and her ex shared. They were known as “Pretty” by those who knew them.

What to do? I know that I’m the one who can be counted on for the long run. Something she’s not going to get on the scene around here.

But no luck. It’s heartbreaking. What to do??

I am a virgo male and from my own experience the connection between myself and any Taurus women is instant and amazing….. More so than any other sign…including Capricorn the other earth sign.
In fact it’s such a strong connection I can pick out the Taurus woman a crowded room often. Vice versa im sure.
I don’t agree with much that is stated in the love compatibility review.
I find taurus women anything but boring. I often find Capricorn boring though. As a Virgo I do over analyse and can over criticism …however when I’m with a Taurus women…I can control that much easier because we are so at ease with other. I would be surprised if it is not the strongest connection and most compatible love in the zodiac… It’s that amazing. In fact I’m will not date anyone who isnt a Taurus.

A match made in heaven but only if the woman is the Virgo and the man is the Taurus… Do you agree?

  12. Annieh.Taurus January 21st, 2012

Hi i am a Taurus woman who also felt in love with Virgo man at first sight… When i first meet him i felt something soo strong like a instant connection i was soo shy around him i would always find away to escape. I knew he felt something special for me. When we both ran into eachother he would be all loving and sweet but at the same time COLD.  He lied about his age but i truly  believe that age doesn’t matter it’s just a number. He’s 15 years older than me. Sex was amazing felt like a rush all over my body when i was with him.  I knew he was different he hard time to express his emotioms.  The word LOVE scares him.  i never question him but tried to understand him. He would always give me mix signals and it frustrated me. Till now i can’t stop thinking about him and dream about him. i am soo in love but i did get tired giving love and receiving mix signals.  i tried to move on but i still think about him daily… idk what to do!!!

@liana(: I totally agree with you Liana. Being a Taurean myself I am very sociable and love going out to intresting places. I’m always keeping a very optismistic mind-set about myself…

  15. coden23 September 2nd, 2011

I don’t particularly agree with all of this–there are a few truths here, but for one–my Taurus man has a great sense of humor and is a lot of fun!! He’s also a thrill-seeker, very far from boring!! Also, all the other articles I have read have said that Taurus and Virgo is a match made in heaven. Based on my experience, this is true. I’ve never been happier in my life than with my strong, steadfast Taurus man. As a Virgo woman, I am tedious and worrisome at times, and his peaceful strong nature calms my inner storm with just a touch or a word.

I love my taurus man.We dated 12 years ago, my first love. I moved to another state. I was steady breaking hearts and he was steady getting his heart broken. I always dreamnt about him and wondered what if? We are both going through divorces and thanks to fate nudging us back to fulfill our destinies, we are together once again. I’m one to be able to say that my first love will be my last. I am virgo, he is taurus and we are as one 🙂

  18. Janise June 17th, 2011

He let our relationship go down the drain over lust n then she was so unattractive n bald lol. We planned on being together for a lifetime n only lasted a month n 1week. The only way I take him back is if I know in my heart he’s change, my intuition let me know a couple of days before he cheated on me he was going to do that:-)

  19. Janise June 17th, 2011

I’m a virgo girl (18 yrs old) I had a relationship with a taurus, our relationship was good, he told me he loved me the seventh day we went was going together. I just couldn’t stand how he was a flirt n keep his ex’s n other females numbers in his phone. The next thing I find out he cheated on me with a bisexual ugly bad built gurl so I dumped his ass, he tried to come back but I refuse to take back a cheater but I do have feelings for him still but I just cant take back a cheater idc if he did do it for sex cuz I woukdn’t sleep with him, I just hope I find another taurus my best relationships were with tauruses…. I went with 2

  20. Yvonne April 12th, 2011

Taurus women are not boring. We are very sensual and outgoing. We are creative, love the outdoors with a lover and can be out by ourselves in a park reading a book. We can be jeans girls during the day and ballroom ready in the evening. We just don’t expose everything about ourselves.

  21. liana(: December 20th, 2010

Taurus’s are not boring. I’ve read this a lot but through my experience and being a Taurean myself, we are very outgoing! That’s is all lol

  22. Lea July 3rd, 2010

I completely agree with the above descriptions of Taurus Virgo match. There seems to be a lot of petty arguments but can never be anything major-Which is wonderful. There is alot of respect. Taurus Women tend to be very high sensually, as is the Virgo male, but the perfection factor of the Virgo and the sometimes timidness of the Taurus can hinder full sexual exploration until full trust and love is obtained on Both sides of the Taurus Female-Virgo Male Interaction!

  23. sunshine June 13th, 2010

it might be good but its too boring for me as a virgo girl
