Hi, I am 18 years old, I’m from the Caribbean. I did well in my exams and my SATs, applied for a scholarship for a college in the US, made it to the semi finals of this scholarship competition but was basically chosen as first runner up. Being so close yet so far was very disappointing for me and I’m not feeling happy at all. I would like to know whether to keep trying with other universities and if to apply for a scholarship from the government of my country? Because if I don’t get to go away to study i don’t know what I will do. Do you see me etting a scholarship and going away to study? Thank you for your time
