Happiness is here and now. If there is any reason you are unhappy, its because you have so much plans, dreams and resolutions in your mind. You want so much.

See happiness is an inner thing, our natural state and does not depends on external world – money, success or relationships. You were happy as a child when you had no money, or goals.

You need to understand that external world does not causes happiness or unhappiness. Its our own resistance, beliefs and thoughts to situations that destroy the inner kingdom.

Just sit, relax and start celebrating. External situations will not give you permanent happiness, and its time you look into happiness from a different perspective.
