Currently going though Rahu maha and Jupiter antardasha. Rahu is in 8th house and Jupiter on Moonsign (Aries) – have faced a really tough time in career…..will there be a respite…or do I need to wait out the entire rahu period? My Lagna is Gemini.

You have answered your own question. Saturn is trasiting 7th from natal Moon in Libra. The only protection has been Jupiter which will change signs around June.

I can only advise patience for next couple of years and meditation to cope with this period.
