i am in love with a guy, any time, i see this guy, my heart beat so fast.

we had a chemistry between each other, we used to make eye contact alot, he doesn’t just make eye contact at me, he starres at me, but he haven’t approach me yet. this has been going on for months. and now, i hardly see him around. yesterday, i saw him with a girl. does this guy like me or not. and if he does, why haven’t he approach me since. i am in love with this guy, i don’t know what to do. please help me.
