Yacha, also known as Baisha, is a town in Hainan, China, located at the foot of the Wuzhi Mountain and on the banks of the Wanquan River. It has a humid subtropical climate, with an average annual temperature of 22.5 °C (72.5 °F). The town has a long history, dating back to the Han Dynasty, and is home to a number of historical sites, including the Baisha Ancient City and the Wuzhi Mountain National Park. The town is also known for its Li ethnic culture, which is reflected in its traditional architecture, cuisine, and festivals.
