Woodway, Washington is a town in Snohomish County with a population of 1,308 as of the 2010 census. It is located on the west side of Puget Sound, north of Seattle and south of Everett. The town was incorporated in 1955 and is named after the wooded area in which it is located. Woodway has a temperate climate with mild winters and warm summers. The town is home to several parks and open spaces, including the 22-acre Edmonds Marsh Preserve. Woodway is also home to the Woodway Arts Commission, which supports local artists and art programs.
