Volpago del Montello, also known as Volpago, is a comune in the province of Treviso, Veneto, Italy. It is located in the northern part of the province, on the left bank of the Piave River. The climate is temperate, with hot summers and cold winters. The average temperature in January is 2.5°C (36.5°F), while the average temperature in July is 22.5°C (72.5°F). The town has a long history, dating back to the Roman era. It was first mentioned in a document in 958 AD. The town was destroyed by the Goths in 1001 AD, but it was rebuilt soon after. In the 13th century, the town became part of the Republic of Venice. It remained under Venetian rule until 1797, when it was conquered by Napoleon Bonaparte. The town was then part of the Kingdom of Italy until 1866, when it became part of the Kingdom of Italy.
