Vkhodnoy is a rural locality in Omsk Oblast, Russia, located in the south of Western Siberia, 133 kilometers (83 mi) southwest of Omsk, the administrative center of the oblast. The village has a population of 622 (2010 Census). Vkhodnoy was founded in 1743 as a Cossack settlement. The village is located in a steppe climate zone, with cold, snowy winters and warm, dry summers.
