Villepinte is a commune in the Aude department in the Occitanie region in southern France. It is located in the Corbières Massif, approximately 25 km west of Narbonne and 35 km southwest of Béziers. The climate is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The village has a rich history, dating back to the Roman era. In the Middle Ages, it was a fortified town, and its ruins can still be seen today. The village is also home to a number of historic churches, including the 12th-century Église Saint-Martin.
