Valley Green has a rich history and heritage, dating back to the early 18th century when it was settled by German and Swiss immigrants. The community is home to several historic landmarks, including the Valley Green Inn and the Valley Green Meetinghouse, which is the oldest surviving Quaker meetinghouse in Montgomery County.
