Urzędów is a town in the Lublin Voivodeship of southeastern Poland. It is situated on the Bystrzyca River, approximately 25 kilometers southwest of Lublin. The town has a temperate climate with warm summers and cold winters. Urzędów's history dates back to the 14th century when it was granted town rights by King Casimir III the Great. The town's rich heritage is evident in its numerous historical monuments, including the 15th-century St. Mary's Church and the 17th-century town hall.
