Suvorov, Russia is a town in the Tula Oblast, located at the confluence of the Chern and Upa rivers. It has a humid continental climate with warm summers and cold, snowy winters. The town was founded in 1777 by Prince Grigory Potemkin and named after Generalissimo Alexander Suvorov. It is home to the Suvorov Military Museum, which houses a collection of weapons, uniforms, and other artifacts related to the Russian military.
