Siátista, also known as Khora, is a town in the regional unit of Kozani, in Western Macedonia, Greece. It is located at an altitude of 900 meters, on the eastern slopes of Mount Vermio, 32 kilometers northeast of Kozani. The climate is temperate, with cold winters and hot summers. Siátista has a long history, dating back to the 14th century. It was an important center of trade and commerce during the Ottoman period and was home to a large Greek Orthodox community. The town is known for its traditional architecture, with many well-preserved mansions and churches.
