San Policarpo is a municipality in the province of Eastern Samar, Philippines. It is located on the island of Samar, and is bounded by the municipalities of Taft to the north, Dolores to the east, Sulat to the south, and Jipapad to the west. The municipality has a tropical rainforest climate, with an average annual temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. The municipality was founded in 1855 by the Spanish friar, Policarpio de Santa Cruz. The municipality is named after him. The municipality is home to the San Policarpo Church, which was built in 1860. The church is a declared National Historical Landmark.
