San Manuel is a municipality located in the province of Tarlac in Central Luzon, Philippines. The municipality has a tropical monsoon climate with an average annual temperature of 27°C (81°F) and an average annual rainfall of 1,500 mm (59 in). San Manuel was founded in 1690 by Spanish missionaries and was named after San Manuel Labrador, the patron saint of farmers. The municipality is home to a number of historical and cultural landmarks, including the San Manuel Church, which was built in 1731, and the San Manuel Municipal Hall, which was built in 1912.
