Randolph, Utah, is a small town located in Rich County, at the intersection of State Routes 39 and 16. It experiences cold, snowy winters and warm, dry summers. The town was founded in 1864 by Mormon settlers and named after Daniel H. Wells, a prominent leader in the Latter-day Saint movement.
