Pusiano is a town and comune in the province of Como, Lombardy, northern Italy. It is located on the eastern shore of Lake Pusiano, about 30 kilometers north of Milan. The town has a population of about 1,500 people. The climate is humid subtropical, with hot summers and cold winters. Pusiano was first mentioned in a document in 926 AD. The town was part of the Duchy of Milan from the 13th to the 18th century. In 1796, Pusiano became part of the Cisalpine Republic, and in 1805, it became part of the Kingdom of Italy. Pusiano is home to a number of historical and cultural attractions, including the Church of San Vittore, the Palazzo Comunale, and the Museo Civico.
