Polyarnyye Zori, also known as POLJARNYE ZORI, is a city in Murmansk Oblast, Russia, located at the Kola Peninsula. The city has a subarctic climate with long, cold winters and short, cool summers. Polyarnyye Zori was founded in 1965 as a closed city for the workers of the Kola Nuclear Power Plant.
