Pehčevo is a small town in eastern North Macedonia, located in the valley of the Bregalnica River. The town has a population of around 5,000 people and is known for its beautiful natural surroundings and rich history. The climate in Pehčevo is continental, with hot summers and cold winters. The town has a long and rich history, dating back to the ancient period. It was once part of the Roman Empire and later the Byzantine Empire. In the 14th century, it was conquered by the Ottoman Turks, and it remained under Ottoman rule until the early 20th century. After the Balkan Wars, Pehčevo became part of the Kingdom of Serbia, and after World War II, it became part of the Socialist Republic of Macedonia, which was part of Yugoslavia. In 1991, Macedonia declared independence, and Pehčevo became part of the newly independent country.
