Ortaca is a small town in the Muğla province of Turkey, situated on the Dalaman River delta and at the crossroads of the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. Ortaca has a rich history dating back to ancient times, with remnants of the ancient city of Telmessos, once a major port and trading center, still visible today.
