New Boston is a town in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, United States, with a population of 6,241 as of the 2020 census. It is located in the Merrimack Valley, 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Manchester and 18 miles (29 km) northwest of Nashua. The town was founded in 1734 and incorporated in 1763. The climate is humid continental, with warm summers and cold winters. The town is home to the New Boston Historical Society, which operates a museum in the town center.
