Nev'yansk is a town in the Sverdlovsk Oblast of Russia, located at the confluence of the Neyva and Rezh rivers, about 80 kilometers northeast of Yekaterinburg. The town has a humid continental climate, with warm summers and cold winters. Nev'yansk was founded in 1701 as a copper-smelting settlement, and its historic center is home to several well-preserved buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries, including the Nev'yansk Leaning Tower, a 57.5-meter-tall structure that is the only leaning tower in Russia.
