Nanzhao Chengguanzhen is a town in Nanzhao County, Nanyang, Henan Province, China. It is located at the southern foot of the Funiu Mountains, on the northern bank of the Han River, with a latitude of 33.4924900 and longitude of 112.4272300. The town has a humid subtropical climate, with an average annual temperature of 14.5°C and average annual precipitation of 800 mm. Nanzhao Chengguanzhen has a long history, dating back to the Western Han Dynasty (206 BC - 24 AD). It was an important military and commercial center during the Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD) and Song Dynasty (960-1279 AD). The town is home to several historical and cultural sites, including the Li-ch'ing-tien Temple, which was built in the Tang Dynasty.
