Muskego is a town in Waukesha County, Wisconsin, United States, located about 15 miles southwest of Milwaukee. The town has a population of 24,135 (2010 census) and is part of the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The climate in Muskego is humid continental, with warm summers and cold winters. The town was founded in 1835 by German immigrants and is home to a number of historic sites, including the Muskego Historical Society Museum and the Muskego Pioneer Cemetery.
