Mount Healthy is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. It is located 10 miles north of downtown Cincinnati and has a population of 6,036. The city was founded in 1817 by John Cleves Symmes and was originally known as Symmes Corner. The city's name was changed to Mount Healthy in 1850. Mount Healthy is home to a number of historical sites, including the Symmes Corner Historic District and the Mount Healthy Cemetery. The city is also home to a number of parks and recreation areas, including the Mount Healthy Nature Preserve and the Mount Healthy Aquatic Center.
