Mircea Vodă, also known as Celebichioi, Celibichioi, Mircea Voda, is a commune in Constanța County, Romania. It is located in the southern part of the country, in the Dobruja region, near the Black Sea coast. The climate is temperate, with warm summers and cold winters. The commune has a rich history, dating back to the Middle Ages. It was part of the Principality of Wallachia and the Ottoman Empire before becoming part of Romania in 1878.
