Masaryktown is a small town in Florida, United States, located in Hernando County, approximately 40 miles north of Tampa. The town was founded in 1925 by Czech immigrants and named after the first president of Czechoslovakia, Tomáš Masaryk. Masaryktown has a subtropical climate, with hot, humid summers and mild winters. The town's heritage is still evident in its Czech-inspired architecture and annual Czech Heritage Festival.
