Lewistown, Pennsylvania, United States is a borough located at the confluence of the Juniata and Susquehanna Rivers in central Pennsylvania. It has a humid continental climate with hot, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. The town was founded in 1795 by James Lewis and was named after him. It has a rich history and heritage, with many historical buildings and sites, including the Mifflin County Historical Society and the William Cameron Engine House.
