Lannemezan is a commune in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in the Occitanie region of southwestern France. It is located in the Pyrenees mountains, at the confluence of the Neste and Arros rivers. The climate is temperate, with mild winters and warm summers. The town has a long history, dating back to the Roman era. It was once a fortified town, and the ruins of its medieval castle can still be seen today.
