Ji'an, formerly known as Luling, is a prefecture-level city in the southeast of Jiangxi province, China. It is located on the banks of the Gan River, at the junction of the Jiuling, Mufu, and Jinggang mountains, and has a humid subtropical climate. Ji'an has a long and rich history, dating back to the Han dynasty, and is home to many historical and cultural sites, including the ancient city walls, the Confucian Temple, and the Lushan National Park.
