Hubbard, Ohio is a city located in Trumbull County, Ohio, United States. It is situated at the intersection of State Route 46 and State Route 193, and is approximately 15 miles (24 km) northwest of Youngstown. The city has a humid continental climate with warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. Hubbard was founded in 1802 by Elisha Hubbard and was originally known as Hubbard's Corners. The city was a major center of the iron and steel industry in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, Hubbard is a primarily residential community with a population of approximately 7,800 people.
