Gnadenhutten is a village in Ohio, United States, with a population of 1,284 (2010 census). It is located in Tuscarawas County, approximately 10 miles (16 km) northeast of New Philadelphia. The village was founded in 1772 by Moravian missionaries and Native American converts. The climate is humid continental, with hot, humid summers and cold, snowy winters.
