Glens Falls is a city in Warren County, New York, United States. It is located at the confluence of the Hudson and Mohawk Rivers, approximately 50 miles (80 km) north of Albany. The city has a population of about 14,700 people and is the county seat of Warren County. Glens Falls is known for its beautiful scenery, its rich history, and its many cultural attractions. The city is home to the Hyde Collection Art Museum, which houses a collection of American and European art. Glens Falls is also home to the Crandall Public Library, which is one of the oldest libraries in the United States. The city has a humid continental climate, with warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters.
