Estancia is a municipality located in the province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines. It is situated at the northernmost part of the province, bordered by the municipalities of Santa Maria, Ilocos Sur to the south, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur to the east, and the town of Burgos, Ilocos Norte to the north. The municipality has a total land area of 8,920 hectares and is divided into 15 barangays. The climate in Estancia is generally warm and humid, with an average temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. The municipality is home to several historical and heritage sites, including the Estancia Church, which was built in the 18th century, and the Estancia Watchtower, which was built in the 16th century.
