East Dennis is a village in the town of Dennis, Massachusetts, United States, located on Cape Cod. It is situated at the eastern end of the town, bordered by the town of Harwich to the east and Nantucket Sound to the south. The climate is temperate, with warm summers and cool winters. The village has a rich history dating back to the 17th century, when it was first settled by English colonists. It was originally known as "Sesuit Neck" and was later renamed "East Dennis" in 1855. The village is home to several historic buildings, including the Josiah Dennis Manse and the East Dennis Meetinghouse.
