Dausa, also known as Daosa, is a city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, located at 26.8833300 latitude and 76.3333300 longitude. It has a tropical climate with hot summers and cold winters. The city has a rich history and heritage, dating back to the 12th century when it was founded by the Chauhan Rajput king, Raja Dahir. It was later ruled by the Mughals and the Marathas, and was finally annexed by the British in 1818.
