Cypress Quarters is a small unincorporated community in Indian River County, Florida, United States. It is located at the intersection of State Road 60 and County Road 512, approximately 10 miles west of Vero Beach. The climate is subtropical, with hot, humid summers and mild winters. The area was originally inhabited by the Ais Indians, and later became a plantation worked by enslaved African Americans. After the Civil War, the area became a center for citrus farming.
