Combined Locks, Wisconsin, is a village in Outagamie County, located at 44.2658200° N, -88.3142700° W. The village has a humid continental climate with warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. Combined Locks was originally settled by Dutch immigrants in the 1840s and was named after the combined locks on the Fox River that powered the local mills. The village's heritage is still evident in its architecture and the annual Dutch Festival.
