Bulusan is a municipality in the province of Sorsogon, Philippines, situated in the Bicol Region. It is located on the southeastern coast of Luzon Island, approximately 340 kilometers southeast of Manila. The municipality has a tropical monsoon climate with an average temperature of 26.6°C. Bulusan is home to Mount Bulusan, an active stratovolcano, and is also known for its hot springs and waterfalls. The municipality has a rich history, having been established in 1569 by Spanish missionaries. It is home to several historical landmarks, including the Bulusan Church and the Bulusan Lighthouse.
