Blackstone, Virginia, USA is a town located in Nottoway County, Virginia, United States. The town is situated at the crossroads of US Route 460 and US Route 360, approximately 50 miles (80 km) southeast of Richmond. The town has a humid subtropical climate with hot, humid summers and mild winters. The town was founded in 1888 and was named after Blackstone, Massachusetts, the hometown of one of the town's founders. The town is home to several historic buildings, including the Blackstone Depot, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
