Baldwinsville is a village in the town of Van Buren, Onondaga County, New York, United States. It is located on the Seneca River, about 12 miles northwest of Syracuse. The village was founded in 1807 by Asa Baldwin, a veteran of the Revolutionary War. Baldwinsville is home to a number of historic buildings, including the Asa Baldwin House, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The village also has a strong industrial heritage, with a number of factories and businesses located in the area.
