Albiano is a small town in the province of Trento, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of northern Italy. It is located at an altitude of 550 meters (1,804 feet) above sea level, on the left bank of the Adige River. The town has a population of around 1,500 people. The climate is temperate, with hot summers and cold winters. The town was first mentioned in a document from 1183, and it was part of the County of Tyrol from the 13th century until 1919. Albiano is home to a number of historical buildings, including the Church of San Martino, which dates back to the 12th century.
