Adelzhausen is a municipality in the district of Aichach-Friedberg in Bavaria, Germany. It is located approximately 10 kilometers (6 miles) northeast of Augsburg. The municipality has a population of around 1,700 people and covers an area of 16.5 square kilometers (6.4 square miles).
