Zenon Bortkevich was an Azerbaijani water polo player who competed for the Soviet Union in the 1960s. He participated in the Tokyo 1964 Summer Olympics, winning a bronze medal in water polo. Additionally, he earned a silver medal at the 1961 Universiade. Throughout his athletic career, he played for KKF Baku and did not win a Soviet league title. Outside of sports, Bortkevich had a career as an officer in the Caspian Fleet, retiring with the rank of lieutenant commander.
