Yvo Constantinus Thadeus Josephus Kortmann, born on October 17, 1947, in Weert, is a Dutch politician affiliated with the CDA. He is the son of the politician Constant Kortmann and has brothers who are legal scholars. He served as the mayor of Baarle-Nassau starting in November 1982, then became the mayor of Oisterwijk in 1990. After three terms, he refrained from a fourth due to pressure from the city council. He also acted as the interim mayor of Best and Waalre.
