Yves Lapierre is a Canadian composer, arranger, record producer, and singer, born on August 9, 1946. He started his career in the 1960s with the folk vocal quartet Les Cailloux. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he actively composed, arranged, and produced music for many prominent Canadian artists. Some of his popular songs include 'Get That Ball,' 'Tout va trop vite,' 'Le Désamour,' and 'Moi, de la tête aux pieds.' Additionally, he created music for several CBC television dramas, such as 'Jamais deux sans toi' and 'L'Or et le papier.'
