Yoshitha Rajapaksa is a Sri Lankan sportsman and former naval officer, born on June 12, 1988. He is the son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa and served as chief of staff to the Prime Minister. A lieutenant commander in the Sri Lanka Navy, he was also an aide-de-camp to the president. He is a former captain of the Sri Lanka national rugby union team and currently plays for CH & FC. In January 2016, he faced legal issues related to financial crimes, including money laundering.
