Yoshinobu Kiso (January 10, 1937 - October 3, 1994) was a Japanese academic known for his contributions to philosophy, particularly in British philosophy. He graduated from Kyoto University, later serving as an assistant professor in 1973 and becoming a full professor in 1988. Kiso was engaged in translating David Hume's 'A Treatise of Human Nature' (Volume 1) until his untimely death due to stomach cancer.
