Yong-hŭi Yi (李用熙, March 23, 1917 – December 4, 1997) was a prominent South Korean political scientist and art historian who contributed to the establishment of the Department of Diplomacy at Seoul National University. He worked to localize international political theory, introducing concepts such as 'regional theory' and 'diffusion theory.' He graduated from Yonhi College in 1940 and earned a doctorate in law from Seoul National University in 1963. He served as a political advisor to the president, Minister of the Ministry of National Unification, and president of Ajou University, among other roles.
